i can guess that you did really bad though (reaction gives it away)
now here is the trick (that i do at least), don't pay attention to you past grades, instead just work to make the new ones good/better
to improve mood i find candy/chocolate and playing games/doing something easy that will not get you frustrated work really well

My whole life I had bad results in my exams (Specially in 2005) and yeah... one does feel useless but trust me... you can always improve.

BTW, panzer, O-levels here is kinda a VERY important exam...
without the O-level cert in Singapore, getting a job will be tough, and nowadays, even being a Police Officer for a higher rank requires O-levels -.-lll
